1. How Satura Dropshipping Works
Satura’s dropshipping model is simple, transparent, and built around our commitment to quality, compliance, and customer experience.
Here’s how it works:
- You promote and sell Satura products on your own store, website, or social channels.
- When a customer places an order with you, you place that order on our website (https://satura.shop).
- At checkout, you’ll use a dedicated discount code which applies your partner pricing.
- We pick, pack, and ship the order directly to your customer — in our signature luxury packaging, with tracked delivery.
2. What You’ll Receive
Once approved, you’ll be given access to:
- A professional image library of all products
- Product descriptions (compliant & ready to use)
- Pricing guidance and fulfilment instructions
- Optional onboarding call with one of our directors for product training
- Ongoing support and updates as the brand evolves
3. Fulfilment & Shipping
We take care of all fulfilment, using secure, trackable shipping agents.
UK Orders: Free tracked shipping (1–3 working days)
International Orders: £25–£30 tracked delivery (7–10 working days once dispatched)
Free international shipping on orders over £150
Shipping costs are set by the couriers we use — we don’t add anything on top. Most partners avoid paying shipping by either focusing on high-value products like Satura Rosta Balm (RRP £175), or encouraging customers to buy multiple products at once to qualify for free delivery.
4. Pricing & Partner Discounts
There are no minimum order quantities, but our partner pricing is structured based on monthly order volume:
- First 3 orders – 25% discount off RRP
- Under £5,000/month – 20% discount
- Over £5,000/month – 30% discount
Your usage is reviewed monthly and your code is updated accordingly.
5. Branding, Packaging & Restrictions
- All orders are shipped in original Satura-branded packaging
- We do not offer white labelling or private branding
- We cannot include custom marketing inserts, cards, or promotional materials
- Fulfilment is handled exclusively by our in-house team and approved logistics partners to preserve product integrity
6. Terms of Use & Fair Partner Policy
Our dropshipping programme is intended for genuine resale only. To maintain access to your discount code:
- Orders must be placed using your customer’s name and delivery address
- Repeated personal-use orders or misuse may result in account suspension
- We reserve the right to review account activity monthly to ensure fair usage
