Terms and Conditions
Satura Product-Specific
Guarantee: This money-back guarantee is exclusively applicable to products within the Satura range. Please note that this guarantee does not extend to any other product lines, including but not limited to shampoos, and products from the EOS, Silva, and UNI ranges.
Purchase Criteria: The guarantee is valid only for purchases made directly through our official website (https://satura.shop/). Purchases made through other channels are not eligible for this guarantee.
Usage Conditions: To qualify for the guarantee, the customer must exclusively use Satura products for the duration of the treatment. The use of any other hair or skin care products not recommended by our team of specialized doctors and affiliated clinics during the treatment period will render the guarantee void.
Claim Submission Window: Claims for a refund must be submitted within a 10-day window following the completion of the 150-day treatment period. This is to ensure adequate time for the product to demonstrate its effectiveness.
Limitations: Refunds are limited to one per household or customer. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the refund.
