At SATURA®, we want you to feel confident in every order. If you need to return an item, please read the policy below carefully before contacting us.

Your Right to Cancel

If you buy from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, even if it is not faulty. To exercise this right, you must tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to cancel. Once you have told us, you then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and returned with the original protective seal fully intact and unbroken.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any product where the protective seal has been broken, removed or tampered with, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Natural Products

Many SATURA® products are made with 100% natural plant- and sea-derived ingredients. Natural sediment, cloudiness, colour variation, strong herbal or marine odour, or slight texture variation over time are normal characteristics of these formulations and do not indicate spoilage, contamination or reduced quality.

These natural characteristics do not by themselves qualify a product for return, refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team at team@satura.uk before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return instructions for your order.

Please do not return products without contacting us first, as this may delay processing or result in your return not being accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as returned goods remain your responsibility until they arrive with us.

Refund Deductions

If a return is accepted, any refund may be reduced to reflect costs already incurred in delivering the order. This can include the original shipping cost, customs duties or taxes paid to deliver the order, and any customs charges or duties incurred when the goods are returned to us where applicable.

If you are returning goods from outside the United Kingdom, we recommend clearly marking the parcel as returned goods or unwanted goods where appropriate. However, we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not apply.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at team@satura.uk with your order number and clear photographs where relevant. We will review the issue and advise on the next steps.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund Timing

Once we receive your returned goods, or evidence that they have been sent back, we will inspect them and process any refund due within 14 days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to return the funds to your account.

Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse a refund where returned products are opened, used, unsealed, incomplete, or damaged due to inadequate return packaging, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Products purchased as part of a special promotion, sale, or limited offer may be subject to specific return conditions where stated at the time of purchase.
