We ship SATURA® orders worldwide and aim to make delivery as straightforward as possible. Where we accept an order, the checkout price is the final price the customer pays, with no additional taxes, duties or import charges due on delivery.
Order Processing
All orders are checked and prepared carefully before dispatch. Once your order has been processed and handed to the courier, you will receive tracking information where available.
Delivery Areas
We deliver within the United Kingdom and to international destinations. Delivery availability and transit times may vary depending on the destination country and courier service.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout unless your order qualifies for a free shipping offer. Where free shipping is offered, the applicable threshold or conditions will be shown clearly on the website.
International Orders
We ship SATURA® orders worldwide.
Where SATURA® accepts an order for delivery, the price shown at checkout is the price the customer pays. We arrange delivery so that customers are not required to pay additional taxes, duties or import charges on arrival.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive the relevant tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure that delivery can be completed successfully at the address provided.
Delivery Responsibility
All products are inspected and quality checked before dispatch to ensure they leave us in excellent condition. Once an order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for the physical transportation and delivery of the parcel passes to the courier service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruption, adverse weather, failed delivery attempts, local delivery issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at team@satura.uk as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you and help you work with the courier where needed.
Where appropriate, claims relating to loss, damage or delivery issues may need to be made with the courier using the tracking information provided after dispatch.
Customs and Import Handling
For international orders, SATURA® manages delivery arrangements so that taxes, duties and import handling are taken care of as part of the order process. Customers should not be asked to make any additional payment to receive their parcel.
Please note that customs procedures in the destination country may still affect delivery times, even where charges have been handled in advance.
Returned or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, the parcel was unclaimed, or the shipping information provided was incorrect or incomplete, any refund may be reduced to reflect shipping, return handling or related costs already incurred.
